Whether its bars, restaurants, theatre, opera or nightclubs Brugge has them all and you won't be short of a place to find.
Concertgebouw: this venue opened in 2002 and is a great place to see opera, classical music, theatre and dance. Events are on going throughout the year.
Prinsenhof: this is mainly used for smaller scale events. It is a great and very popular event for recitals. This used to be the palace of the Dukes of Burgundy.
Het Net: here you can catch some theatre pieces that are mainly performed in Dutch. It is also has a puppet theatre.
Brugge Anno: this is where you can watch a different kind of theatre. Actors reenact the wedding of the duke of Burgundy, Charles the Bold to Margaret of York while the viewers can enjoy a medieval banquet. Performances run from April to October, Thursdays through Saturdays from 7:30-10:00pm.
Live Music:
The Cactus Club: this venue presents a lot of different concerts on Fridays and Saturdays and is a great place to go to if you want some live music.
Vino Vino: at this venue you will get a combination of Spanish tapas and the blues.
De Versteende Nacht: from bebop to modern jazz you really can't beat this place. It is perfect you like this kind of music and want a god night out.
